I am selling my oceanfront property. Where do you suggest for me to list it for a quick sale? It is turn key ready, beautiful, villa built in 2016, 1 story, 3 bedrooms,2 baths, private infinity pool, open concept, high ceilings, great rental property, gated property and NO HOA’s! Due to health reasons, I would like to find an investor or cash transaction. I have a written appraisal of villa for $685,000….and I need to sell quickly….reduced to $629,000. I sincerely appreciate your help! I have a professional video of the villa.

The problem with FEMA is exactly the same thing that’s wrong with all federal government agencies. They don’t give a shit about you or me or anyone else. As long as they can’t see it from their residence, it’s not a problem. Bitch about it all you want, it’ll get done on their time line, not yours.

1. Mail the signed and notarized form with a copy of a current utility bill with NTB Address in a self-addressed stamped envelope

Update: Many of the rental agencies are now offering guaranteed refunds if there’s a gov ordered closure of the beach. If it isn’t on their site, email them about this.
